born in Southampton and lived in Chelsea.(Poulton Street)Etcher.Exhibited his drawings and etchings at the R.A. from 1874-1903.

 

 

 

The Etchings we have are from Bits of Old Chelsea published in 1894.Printed by Frederick Goulding in an edition of 100.
